Cylinder Hone Stones
High quality abrasives mated with precision made carriers. JB 'SN' series hone stones offer high quality, economical alternatives to brand name hone stones. JB stones suit Sunnen AN and equivelant hone heads.
Most stone sets are available in both Silicon Carbide and Aluminium Oxide abrasives. Aluminium Oxide offers superior wear resistance compared to Silicon Carbide, however a significant increase in stone pressure is required to achieve proper cutting limiting them to use in power hones only.

Grey SiC is a Silicon Carbide stone suitable for hand honing.
Yellow Alox is an Aluminium Oxide intermediate life stone. May not be suitable for hand honing. Faster cutting, but faster wearing than Green Alox.
Green Alox is an Aluminium Oxide long life stone. Only suitable for power honing. Stones may require additional pressure to cut correctly.
* These stone sets work with Master Holder Sets. Size range is dependant on which Master Holders are in use.
