Guide-liner Roller Burnishers

The ultimate I.D. finishing tool for precision fitting Guide-liners. The K-Line Roller Burnisher tool is fully adjustable in increments of 0.0001” through a 0.021” range. You just dial the desired I.D. and the burnisher is self-feeding when attached to a 2100RPM drill. It can finish a standard length guide in seconds. With proper care, it will last for thousands of guides before parts replacement is needed. Will also work finishing the I.D. of cast iron guides when less than 0.001” must be displaced.
