The AIE rotarty Parts Washer will save you TIME, MONEY and LABOUR, eliminating the use of dangerous and costly solvents. AIE industrial parts washers are insulated and constructed from stainless steel, with stainless steel pumps giving them a long lasting and economical to run. How does it operate? By combining centrifugal action of the rotating basket with the force and volume of heated water and a biodegradable detergent spraying from high pressure jets surrounding the parts. This highly efficient enclosed environment greatly speeds up the cleaning process reducing wasted production time. The parts quickly “flash dry” and do not rust as the recommended detergent has a built in rust inhibitor. The closed loop system enables the water to be recycled many times reducing both water and detergent usage. The parts washer is insulated to maintain water temperature and reduce power consumption. Water is quickly heated to operating temperature by three immersed elements which are thermostatically controlled using 3 phase power and the 24 Volt control system ensures operator safety. A timer controls the length of the wash cycle which is required to remove different degrees of dirt build up.
